Car Appraisal Disclaimer

This car appraisal is provided by Mercury Auto Appraisals for the sole purpose of assessing the estimated value of the described vehicle. By accepting and using this appraisal report, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Limited Scope: This appraisal is based on a visual inspection of the vehicle, and or photos provided by the client at the time of assessment. It does not involve dismantling, disassembling, or in-depth mechanical inspections.

2. Assumptions: The appraisal assumes that the vehicle is in the condition described by the client and does not take into account any undisclosed defects, hidden damages, or subsequent changes to the vehicle's condition.

3. Market Conditions: The appraisal value is determined based on current market conditions, minus any repairs needed to bring said vehicle up to a safe operating standard. And may vary over time due to factors beyond the Appraiser's control, including changes in the automotive market or economic conditions.

4. No Guarantees: This appraisal does not guarantee the future value of the vehicle. The actual selling price or market value may differ from the appraised value.

5. Not Professional Advice: This appraisal report is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to legal, financial, or automotive expertise. The client is encouraged to seek appropriate professional advice when making decisions based on this appraisal.

6. Independent Appraiser: The Appraiser is an independent third party and is not affiliated with any party involved in the transaction related to the vehicle.

7. Conflicts of Interest: The Appraiser certifies that there is no conflict of interest that could compromise the impartiality and accuracy of this appraisal.

8. Liability: The Appraiser shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of this appraisal report, including but not limited to the value of the vehicle or any financial transactions related to it.
